Ruby + Ryan | Family and Engagement Session

Ruby and Ryan opted for a unique documentary family portrait session in lieu of a full engagement portrait session. Two days before their wedding, when family were in town, Ruby and Ryan and their families gathered at Ryan’s grandmother’s house in Athens, NY to make Italian Jeanette Cookies for the wedding guest favors. After cookie-making Ruby, Ryan and I photographed a mini-engagement session outside and on a dock on the Hudson River in downtown Athens. I love how smitten and joyful Ruby and Ryan are as they gather with family from around the world two days before their Upstate New York nuptials.
